…but still if the Message is real, and the Premise true, as The Rev. believes it to be, then there may be a Being looking over our shoulders, typing this Posting to you, and from you,…

We Wish it to be true. But more, we know that outside of our world of consciousness, time does not exist. Therefore, if we act upon the Request contained in this Video, then your vote will be cast, and your actions will speak your intention for this to happen (sooner than later!).

We choose no picture for this note; it would marginalise the Message. We DO hope that you will take the content of this Message to Heart. we have little enough to lose, and less time in which to lose it.

Comments to the Point will be Accepted; Commercials may be discouraged for the moment….

“What Was Julia Roberts Like?”

Friday, September 9th, 2011

Dear Rev. David;

The most famous man in Bali right now is Ketut Leyir. He’s the healer who became famous because he was in the book and movie Eat, Pray, Love. The star of the movie was Julia Roberts, one of the highest paid actresses in Hollywood these days, and probably the most famous.

I asked him about her. What she was like, and what is was like to know her. He laughed and said, “She very, very nice. Has great smile.”

Julia stayed there while they were filming Eat, Pray, Love, at a place close to Ketut’s home. He got to know her very well, but he wouldn’t tell me all the details. He found her to be very genuine and very friendly.

Ketut Leyir is very much the same. All the people I met in Bali were so sweet. Very genuine, untainted, and simple personalities. Everyone in Bali knows who Ketut is, but when I got near his home, I was a little confused. Right on his street you see signs for the guy who’s got an auto repair shop, and another guy who has a pharmacy – and they’re both Ketuts. (more…)

food making you old

What you’re about to read here may change the way you think about food. Yes, once you see the facts, you’ll realize that most of the products on the grocery shelves don’t fit your biology. Most of today’s dietary products are not designed to keep your body young.

The genes that regulate your biological age are highly sensitive to your diet, as they’re triggered or inhibited by what you eat, how much you eat, and how often. The point is: You need to know how your diet affects your biological age. You need to know what food keeps you young and what food is making you old.

How Your Diet Affects Your Biological Age

It has been largely agreed that one of the most detrimental causes of aging is excessive calorie intake. Scientists speculate that humans have an overly strong drive to eat when food is readily available. And since people are surrounded today with calorie dense food, they tend to consume excess calories, which then cause them to gain weight, lose health, and age prematurely. (more…)

The Consumption of Water (Unlike Soda) Is Necessary for Your Body

Monday, May 2nd, 2011

By

"Are You Hydrated Enough?""Shut Up!"

Alice Marson B.S, M.S.

Consuming water is of the utmost necessity to our bodies. The average human body is 60-65 percent water and the human brain tissue is 85 percent water. In fact, water is most essential to the body—next to air. The body can survive four weeks without food but only three days without water.

Not one of your body processes can take place without water. Water is essential for transportation of nutrients, hormones, toxins and waste products. Your daily energy depends on water and the lack of water is the number one trigger of daytime fatigue, since water is a cleanser, a healer and is necessary to maintain constant body temperature. Your body needs about three quarts of water per day under normal conditions—more under other circumstances. (more…)

How to Make Your Own Herbal Medicine Tincture (VIDEO)

Wednesday, March 9th, 2011

I CAN Do It Myself! WOW!!

For centuries, herbal tinctures have been prescribed as remedies and strengthening tonics. A tincture — or extract — forms as alcohol draws out the medicinal constituents of the herb. As needed, drops of tincture are added to a beverage. Tinctures can be prepared from a wide range of herbs, from echinacea to valerian, and even ragweed.

Today, herbal medicine is enjoying a resurgence in popularity. Many individuals wish to prepare their own remedies with fresh herbs from their gardens. The steps to preparing an herbal tincture are not complicated, and can be carried out at your kitchen table. To ensure effectiveness, however, it is necessary to learn the proper method for preparing an herbal tincture. (more…)

How High Fructose Corn Syrup Makes Us Fat

Monday, March 7th, 2011

By

Low-Fat, Sugar-Free, HFCS,

Bette Dowdell on 03/06/2011

Well, looky here! We’re getting more and more proof that high fructose corn syrup plays a major role in the obesity epidemic.

Suspicions were high, of course. Between 1970 and 2005, the same period when our weight problems went berserk, so did the use of HFCS–which went up by 10,763%. I mean, that “coincidence” should get anybody’s attention. In fact, it got the attention of researchers. Now science backs up our suspicions.

First, some background. In 1994, scientists discovered leptin, an endocrine hormone created by–get this–our body fat. Leptin works as a fat tracker. It tells your brain when enough is enough, and we get the message to stop eating. Or at least that’s the way God intended for things to go. When it works, nobody gets fat. When it doesn’t work, the brain never gets the message, and people plump up big time. (more…)

The Spice that Helps Prevent Cancer – Now Being Used to Repair Stroke Damage

Dr. Mercola | March 02 2011

Food SpicesScientists have created a new molecule from curcumin, the key chemical component of the spice turmeric. In laboratory experiments, the molecule was shown to affect the mechanisms that protect and regenerate brain cells after a stroke.

The new curcumin compound, called CNB-001, actually repairs stroke damage at the molecular level.

Physorg reports:

“Those who cook Indian, Thai, Malay and Persian dishes know turmeric well for its zesty flavor, use in curries and for the rich color it imparts to food. Turmeric also has a long history of use in Ayurvedic and Chinese traditional medicine.”

The Bountiful Benefits Of Fish Oil — Julian Whitaker, MD

Fish oil is making headlines yet again this week. Study results published in the journal Cancer revealed that people who took fish oil while undergoing chemotherapy treatment were able to stave off weight loss and muscle deterioration.
Folks, this is a big deal. Muscle wasting and weight loss during chronic illnesses, called cachexia, is a huge problem for people dealing with cancer. And in this particular study, nearly 70 percent of the participants who took fish oil either gained or maintained their muscle mass.
This is wonderful news. Whenever a nutritional supplement shows benefits like these, I’m even more excited about getting the word out. The dose used in the study was around 2 g daily; however, I recommend that everyone—regardless of health status—take 2-8 g of high quality fish oil each and every day. (more…)

Electric Vehicles: Myths vs. Reality — The Sierra Club

Tuesday, March 1st, 2011

Myth 1: Switching to an electric vehicle will just mean that the same amount of pollution comes from the electricity generation rather than from the tailpipe — I’ll just be switching from oil to coal.
Reality: According to a range of studies, an electric car leads to 35 to 60% less carbon dioxide pollution from electricity than the CO2 pollution from the oil of a conventional car with an internal combustion engine.[1][2][3] In some areas, like many on the West Coast that rely largely on wind or hydro power, the emissions are significantly lower for EVs. And that’s today. As we retire more coal plants and bring cleaner sources of power online, the emissions from electric vehicle charging drop even further. Additionally, in some areas, night-time charging will increase the opportunity to take advantage of wind power -another way to reduce emissions. (more…)

This May Be More Dangerous Than High Cholesterol For Stroke Risk

Friday, February 25th, 2011

(From NatureCastProducts.com Daily Bulletin)

...3rd Leading Cause....

Stroke is the third leading cause of death in the United States.

And, according to the American Stroke Association, 87 percent of all cases are attributed to ischemic stroke.  That’s why this new study by Danish researchers could prove to be crucial in stroke prevention.  In their study researchers found that men and women with high triglyceride levels are at an increased risk of ischemic stroke.

Ischemic stroke is when blood flow to the brain is blocked by a build-up of fatty deposits within blood vessels. (more…)

Don’t Be STUPID! Know Where Your Purchase Originated (Bar Code Lexicon)

Monday, February 21st, 2011

This I
thought this was very interesting & good to know as a safeguard. ALWAYS READ THE LABELS ON THE FOODS YOU BUY–NO MATTER WHAT THE FRONT OF THE BOX OR PACKAGE SAYS, TURN IT OVER AND READ THE BACK—CAREFULLY!

Wow! This Is From ...WHERE?!

With all the food and pet products now coming from China , it is best to make sure you read labels at the grocery store and especially Walmart when buying food products.

Many products no longer show where they were made, only give where the distributor is located. It is important to read the bar code to track it’s origin. (more…)

Ten ways public school destroys free thinking (Opinion)

by

Who Taught You To THINK??

Elizabeth Walling

(NaturalNews) Those interested in alternative health will inevitably encounter reality: free thinking individuals are routinely ridiculed for thinking outside of the box and breaking from social normality. While this can be frustrating, it is even more disturbing that this suppression of free thinking begins in our public school system. In fact, it can even be considered part of the inner structure of the curriculum. (more…)
