Just Because You Have Silenced Some People, Does Not Mean You Have Converted Them.
When the Few Rule the World, The Greed Will Not Stop.
People Cannot Eat Pictures Of Food.
Beauty Is In The Eye of the Beholder, you know that. But So Is Perfection.
If one is Aware of, and Respects, His Dimension and Himself, He Will Never Fear.
When The Final Day in This Dimension Comes, It Will Be The First Day of Happiness Beyond Human Comprehension.
No Bills, No Money, No Sorrow, No Want. No Fear, No Violence, No Greed, No Envy. Will We Be Ready For This?
When Will We Learn?
When Government learns to Take Care of the Governed, the Governed Will Learn to Take Care of Government.
It’s Not Bad; It’s Not Good. It IS!
You haven’t Lost Anything; you’ve Gained the Power to Grow.
If We Thought the Way Dogs Think, Our World Would Be Much More Balanced.
Violence is The Last Refuge of the INCOMPETENT!

“It was learned today, from outside Sources, that a Federal Judge has struck down all state laws pertaining to ‘Carry’ laws regarding firearms. In the decision, it was stated that all laws of this nature violate the Preamble to the Constitution, and that this overrides the 2nd Amendment, which was hijacked by the National Rifle Association and the Firearms Industry, for political gain.
“In the statement, it was stated that any and all Legislators, Executives, and Members of the Judiciary, who had previously enacted such legislation, were complicit, and therefore accessories to, any ramification of criminal activity resulting from said legislation, and will be prosecuted as co-conspirators in any and all crimes resulting from the use of firearms. Further, these elected/appointed officials, will be recalled or impeached for violations of their sacred oaths of office, and summarily incarcerated without bond, pending litigation.
” The statement also condemned the National Rifle Association as a Domestic Terrorist group, and decried all firearms manufacturers as detrimental to the General Welfare, as stated in the Preamble.
“Any and all firearms owners who do not surrender their firearms (Pistols are primary concern, along with weapons capable of fully automatic operation, or capable of being modified to fully automatic operation) will be required to disable them so that they may never be modified, repaired, or re-enabled. Hunting weaponry will be exempted, and the range of firearms will be strictly limited; the limitations will be enforced. Those not in compliance will be arrested and tried as Domestic Terrorists.
” Police and Military will have full access to any necessary tools, including weaponry, to conduct the performance of their duties in as humane, efficient, and professional a manner as possible; abuse of these powers can lead to dismissal, and prosecution under the Domestic Terrorism Laws.
“Any unregistered weaponry will be immediately confiscated, the owners arrested and prosecuted under Domestic Terrorism Laws.
“Those weapons which are registered for legitimate function will remain in the possession of their rightful owners; those owners will be strongly encouraged to participate in Firearms Training, conducted by career Trainers, with background in Military Firearms Usage. Those who choose not to participate must demonstrate proficiency with care and maintenance of their firearm.
“This opinion will go unchallenged, as the Preamble to the Constitution of the United States of America has been presented as a Guideline:
“We, the People of the United States of America, in order to form a More Perfect Union, Establish Justice, Insure Domestic Tranquility, provide for the Common Defense, promote the General Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty for ourselves and our Posterity, do Ordain and Establish this Constitution for the United States of America.”

Now that spring has sprung, I’m loading up on more fresh veggies, and that has me thinking about the best way to store them to keep them at their freshest. I only go to the grocery store once a week, which means I have to keep my produce stored properly to avoid ending up with a giant pile of bad veggies ready for the compost pile at the end of the week.
And as it turns out, the refrigerator is not the go-to storage unit for all your produce. Below are 5 types of produce you shouldn’t keep in your fridge. (more…)

In the ongoing quest for better sleep, we debunk some of the top myths about sleep, plus offer tips to help you get your zzz’s.
Insomnia affects about 40 per cent of Canadians on a regular basis, experts say, and sleep deprivation is having an ongoing effect on our physical and psychological health.
Poor sleep can lead to a number of serious health problems, including an increased risk for obesity, stress and even diseases like diabetes and hypertension.
Getting the right amount of sleep each night can also protect cognitive health and keep the brain years younger. A recent study found that middle-aged adults who slept less than six hours each night — and more than eight hours — are more likely to experience cognitive decline. This decline in brain function is equal to being four to seven years older, according to researchers. (For more information, see Smart sleeping.) (more…)

If you’re what researchers call a short sleeper (measured by how long you sleep each night–5.5 to 6 hours or less qualifies you), you’ll have trouble losing weight, no doubt about it. In a 7-year study of 7,022 middle-aged people, Finnish researchers found that women who reported sleep problems were more likely to experience a major weight gain (defined as 11 pounds or more).
You know that sleep and weight gain may be linked, but why is that? Here’s what the new research has revealed, and why lack of sleep could be stalling your ability to lose weight and keep it off: (more…)

Cleaning up the Pineal Gland is useful for those wishing to develop their multidimensional perception. The Pineal gland will naturally make its own DMT when fully operational and we will be able to remain in a visionary state most of the time. An awakened pineal gland brings the ability to consciously astral travel, explore other dimensions, foresee the future and receive communications from loving dimensional beings.

DMT is a component of Ayahuasca – a plant medicine from the Amazon that brings profound physical and heart healing through its purgative effects and the perception of other dimensions. Those that use this medicine go into a period of “work” where issues come into awareness and can be healed with the insights that come from DMT consciousness. (more…)

Did You Know…
…that a powerful medicinal clay has been shown to be one of the most effective detoxification substances when taken internally?

Medicinal clays are all-natural, alternative healing substances that have been used since prehistoric times. Often, they are used for external purposes, such as in mud baths at health spas. What most people don’t know, however, is that medicinal clays can dramatically revitalize your health when taken internally, as well.
The health benefits of medicinal clays include detoxification and energy boosting, with profound health effects for your digestive system … skin … internal organs … immune system … and entire body.
One of the most powerful medicinal clays is made of aged volcanic ash. Though it can be found in several different areas around the globe, the largest and most popular deposits are located near Fort Benton, Wyoming. Thus the name: bentonite clay. (more…)

You probably already know that you’re supposed to be eating fish twice a week. Fish are a lean, healthy source of protein-and the oily kinds, such as salmon, tuna, sardines, etc.-deliver those heart- and brain-healthy omega-3 fats you’ve probably also heard you should be getting in your diet.
But then there’s also this concern about sustainability-and choosing seafood that’s sustainable.
So, if you’re like me, you often stand at the fish counter a little perplexed: what’s good for me and the planet?
Fortunately, Seafood Watch, the program run by the Monterey Bay Aquarium, has combined data from leading health organizations and environmental groups to come up with their list “Super Green: Best of the Best” of seafood that’s good for you and good for the environment.
To make the list, last updated in 2010, fish must: a) have low levels of contaminants-below 216 parts per billion [ppb] mercury and 11 ppb PCBs; b) be high in health-promoting omega-3 fats; and c) come from a sustainable fishery.
Many other options are on the program’s list of “Best Choices” (seafoodwatch.org). The Blue Ocean Institute (blueocean.org) also has sustainability ratings and detailed information.
6 of the Healthiest Fish to Eat
Here are 6 fish-that are healthy for you and the planet-that Seafood Watch says you should be eating. (more…)

For the longest time, the only oil I bought was extra-virgin olive oil. After all, it’s high in heart-healthy antioxidants called polyphenols and monounsaturated fats, which can help lower “bad” LDL cholesterol and raise “good” HDL cholesterol levels. Then a friend, who was also a chef, told me that there are actually times when olive oil is not the best choice. So I looked into the best uses for olive oil, and when to choose another oil. (more…)
